Siem Reap....Angkor at last!

Stayed at Happy Guest House - it was FILTHY, I do not recommend this place. A dead gecko was part of the decoration in our bathroom too just to add to the ambience. The fan just moved the hot air around the room which had no window.
Bar Street is as good as its name and is full of bars. Angkor What? is a good place to start.
Got a moto up to Angkor to see the sunset at Phnom Bakeng - pretty cool driving past Angkor Wat and around the moat but really really busy and a bit if a climb to the top. Fantastic views of forest and lake.
Buy your ticket after 4.30pm for the following day and you can get in to see the sunset the aday before free (I hope that makes sense!)
