For that day we had rented a car, with Bruno, Lionel, and Noa, an Israeli girl.

The weather was realy bad, but I can't complain, as we had had a brilliant sun for several days of hiking. And with thah weaher it was better to go around by car.

We drove to Tolhuin, and then cape San Pablo. There was a beach, the ocean covered by clouds, a light rain, the noise of the waves, and a huge shadow appearing in the fog. We visited the shipwreck.

On the way we saw several beaver (castor) dams and houses, though we did not actually see any beaver. There were also guanacos (lamas), we saw a big fox, and several huge birds of prey, buzards I think.

The vegetatoin was strange, very humid forests, with a  lot of dead trees still standing (resulting from a fire a long time ago I guess), and lichen overgrowing everywhere. All in white and green, add to that the fog and sometimes ligth rain... it was a mysterious, mystical atmosphere, anything could have come out of the woods. Well, to be honest we saw mainly sheeps.
