After experiencing a weel of spanish classes, I have figured out that it would be better to go out and do some visiting and activities as soon as I get back from my classes, at around 2 in the afternoon. Otherwise I feel like sleeping and I al like a zombie, trying to do my homework.

So that afternoon I went to the big parks that are between Plaza Italia, where I live, and Rio de la Plata, the river. I went with two swiss, Raphaela and Samuel. Samuel managed to cut his big toe open by stumbling on the pavement after 5 mintes walking, and then he got stung by a wasp or bee under his foot... don't know how he managed that one, hehe. On top of that he wanted to wash his foot in a murky pond, we manage to convince him it was not a very good iea to put an open wound into still water, especially when it is green and slightly smelly...

So we paused while Samuel's foot was getting over the pain of the sting, and they played Uno in a very mild way while I took a good nap on the grass. Usually I have hayfever, but here not... so nice to lie down on the grass, under the shadow of a palm tree... yeah it's summer here, remember?

After the sun had moved and woke me up totally sweating, we walked over a bridge into a rose garden, wandering around under pergolas, and being whistled at by the guards when I stepped on the grass to take a few pictures... damn tourists!
