Sitting by the pool, typing on a laptop... very cliché
In the morning I got up at 9 and started feeling guilty for having slept over 12 hours instead of doing ;ore interesting things. But then it dawned on me that I had not had a quiet day, nor a decent night, for weeks!!! So I decided it was ok, I was not yet slipping into lazy habbits, and I went for my buffet breakfeast.
I am quite eager to have a place of my own, although the hotel has its own charms. Room service is something I cold do without, but having the swimming pool just 10m off my room is quite nice. The beach is just across the road too, but if you don't have shade, you can last only a few minutes in the sun. Actually I would not dare walk to the sea (100m) without at least a hat and a bottle of water.
So there I am, on the pool side, in a transat chair, typing between two dips in the relatively cool 30degrees pool. The poolside is occupied by a number of ladies of various ages, just doing nothing, waiting for their husbands to finish some business or golf course...
The personnel is very well trained and dedicated to being utmostly nice, I am in a small artificial paradise that could be anywhere on Earth, or even on the Moon, for all I care... in here we are totally oblivious to the life outside. Actually I am considering getting back into my room, as it is getting too hot outside, even under the shade...

A pluche
