If you specify my name, you can send mail here until mid'Sept. After that, I will have a different address. This is the PC office in San Jose, they hold mail for us or forward it if we have an PO Box, which trainees donīt.
Apartado 1266-1000 San Jose, Costa Rica
Thatīs the whole address. The best way to send things is in a bubble wrap envelope, because Iīve heard that boxes can get misplaced, if you catch my drift. But someone try sending a box... it might go through...
Things I can use-
Ultra Thin fem. napkins
English novels
school supplies- spirals, pens, pencils
American trinkets for kiddies- things like stickers or happy meal type toys
Pictures of yourself and home, since people here are curious and I didnīt bring many photos
Letters
Hard candy is nice
Anyhow, thanks a bunch!! Iīm sure Iīll think of more things I need later on...

Novels
Do you mean 'Novels written in English' or 'English Novels' like Dickens and Austen?

Books for you
Jenne from the fines desk says you can have these books.
I'll send them with some from me if you say you want them.
The comments below are hers:
The Miracle Life of Edgar Mint (pretty good but it does contain a lot of gallows type of humor, profanity)
... And the Ladies of the Club (excellent book, however it clocks in at over 900 pages. My book club really split on this one - you either love it or you hate it)
Irish Girls about Town (short story collection from Irish women writers, uneven but some stories are great).
Book on Costa Rica
Would you be interested in a book on Costa Rica?
Travel, historical sites, culture, etc.
Stuff will come your way
I think I'll wait until I come back from Japan to send you things, but I'll definitely get you some of their weird candy. Unfortunately practically all my photos are on-line.
From your previous post, it sounds like you're adjusting well. I'd like to experience 'La Pura Vida.' It sounds like a great way to live, and while I don't mind the hustle at times, I wished things would slow down.
Keep us updated,
Jen
