G'day to one and all!

This entry is mainly a test, I suppose, to get a bit of practice in with the whole blogging thing. It's Thursday January 17, a measly 3 days before Doug and I are off to begin our own strange little European oddessey.

I do my last shift in the pub tonight, tomorrow will be spent getting ready for the going away party that we've been conned into holding at Doug's place, Saturday will most likely be spent in a complicated mixture of recovering from the party and panicking about whether everything's been done and finally Sunday morning will see us depart good ole 'straya. (Much to the delight and relief of many, I'm sure).

Anyways, this should be enough of an entry to get the ball rolling, so I'll leave it there and by the time the next entry appears, we should have been through Incheon, South Korea, London and Sofia, Bulgaria. If nothing interesting has happened by then, I'll be bloody amazed....
