I believe I continue to improve in my Spanish. We started working on the past tense today. After class we walked up El Baul. It is a ´hill´ in Xela. No one said how difficult the walk would be. I was red as a beet and experiencing very irregular heart beats. But the walk down was a lot easier and I had ice cream as a consolation. I am afraid all my muscels are going to revolt in the morning. I am finally caught up withthe travelogue and am looking forward to a shower and a meal and a good night´s sleep.
