Arrived in BA after a long flight! Had two nights in a nice hotel to help us with any culture shock, but actually Buenos Aires was quite easy to settle into and we really enjoyed being there. Lots of live street music and markets on Sunday, the day we arrived. Managed to miss seeing a tango show as they were all booked up, but hope to find more as we travel around Argentina. Food and wine realy good and so cheap for such a big city - fillet steak 4 quid!
Photo 14 is of Plaza Mayor where the Casa Rosada is - the balcony of Eva Peron fame. We were lucky enough to be there when Christina Fernandez the new Argentian and first woman president was sworn in to office
