It was cloudy and humid today so spent most of the day lazying around the hotel.
We went to the poolside bar for happy hour cocktails (made expensive instead of really expensive!) I had Tahiti Here and Paul had a Mai Tai.
We went to get dinner provisions from the Carrefour (supermarket) but it closed early on Sundays so we headed to the Shell petrol stated and bought some pringles, water,juice and had baguette and brie. We also had stuffed ourselves with the free bar snacks of olives which were pretty good.
It seems a bit bizarre that we are in this gorgeous hotel but cannot afford to eat here (we got a special stopover deal on the accommodation). So we are having pain au chocolate for breakfast, baguette and brie for lunch and (should of had) takeaway pizza for dinner.
