7 Feb 2550. Very sore back today. We had some breakfast with our host family and then went to the school for Julie's go at teaching. Soon after she arrived she was thrown into it. She did well and enjoyed it and I helped her out. We slept at Mirror Art Group and went into the Night Bazaar to pass on information about child begging. Basically - please don't give to child beggars, as late at night they should be at home and sleeping. If child begging is something that is profitable then parents may be tempted to use their kids to get money, or worse criminals may steal children to use them as beggars. SO DON'T GIVE TO THEM. Do be polite, but don't give. Instead, to help local communities, buy local handicraft, eat local foods, like rice (which helps the farmers), give to local NGOs, schools, etc, buy things from local adults, and act with appropriate respect to the local culture.
