Day 32

We rise early intending to go to Hoi Chi Minh's mausoleum but when we're about to leave we're told it's shut on Monday's. We go instead to The Temple Of Literature which is nice and diverting for a bit, it's so hot though and the sweat is pouring off me which is not a nice image i assure you. We walk around a bit taking in the cathedral area where i have a traditional Vietnamese soup which is great. Shopping is the next order of the day with everything so cheap. Basically the most important thing i get is a new backpack as I've given up seeing my old one certainly on this trip. Together we get a beautiful tea set and chopsticks and case really cheap. This is all part of the plan to get something from every country we visit, can't wait for Columbia. We go back and prepare for the next days visit to Ha Long Bay.
