Kerepakupay Vena: Tallest waterfall in the world, a.k.a. Angel Falls - now named after an American Jimmie Angel, a jungle pilot whose plane got stuck at the top. The land surrounding the area was surveyed and mapped by Latvian immigrant, Aleksandrs Laime. He gave latvian names to the rivers at Salto Angel. The river at the top of the falls on Auyan Tepui was named Dauguva, and the river below named Gauja.
