We arrive into the Highlands by coach and can see the landscape changing as we weave ourway up the hills.  It is beautiful up here, huge trees eitherside of the road and then very quaint english towns dotted around.  As we go over one hill there is tea plants as far as you can see, the green is so vibrant.

We are here for 2 days and have booked on a daytrip that takes us to a tea plantation, butterfly farm and then on a 4 hour trek to see the largest type flower in the world!   God not abother trek!

It takes us 2 hours to find the flower, treking through the rainforest, but i am definitely not feeling as bad as i did when trekking in Chiang Mai.  Perhaps i am fitter now, or because i am able to eat solid food now, or perhaps because we are going slower as there are less fit people than me on the trek, i don't know but i am finding that i am quite enjoying this trek.
We find the flower and it is huge, we all scramble to get our photos taken with it and then almost run back down the track to the waterfall for a swim.  It is soooo refreshing, just what we need!
