We are met off the ferry by another jeep and all our bags are hoisted onto the rooftop while we all pile into the back.  We are sat on two benches that run either side of the truck holding onto the ceiling bars for dear life as the truck makes its 40min journey across the island.  The road soon becomes just a track as we venture further into the island.  We are staying at a resort on the North East of the Island in a bay called Thong Nai Pan Noi. 
As we pull up into the resort we are met with a beauifull view across the whole bay.  The bay is seperated from the other bays by rocky outcrops and is so beautifull.  We are shown straight into the beach front restaurant and presented with a string of flowers and a coconut to drink.  We order lunch and sit chatting looking over the beach.
Vaughn explains some of the activities we can do while we are here, including snorkling, cooking lessons and walking.  We opt to spend the rest of the day relaxing on the beach and are shown to our bungalows to change.  The bungalows are on wooden stilts and have a balcony, bedroom and ensuite.  Unfortunately our bungalows don't have a beach view, but we plan on spending all the time on the beach or in the beach bars so nevermind!!
