Well it's been quite the rigorous day of travel...I flew out from Prague at 8:25 pm, got to Birmingham at 10...then had to wait through a massive line of immigrants...(I think I need an EU passport...things would definitely be facilitated :p) then I hung out at the airport with my cappuccino and news repeats, went out to get the bus at 2:20 am...but it never came (apparently it was full...although luckily I got the next bus at 4 am to Birmingham central station and then the 5 am bus to Manchester...to make matters even more amusing...there was an indian man with his little daughter and several thousands of kilos of luggage and me being the good samaritan that I am offered to help him (he said that he couldn't speak english!)...which was fine except...he asked me the same questions thousands of times (how much will the bus cost...? I don't know...10 minutes later same thing) then he didn't have enough for the whole bus fare and thus who did he turn to..the bloody girl who hasn't slept in 24 hours! and I helped him all the way to Manchester, where he proudly told me that he was born here and lived here most of his life! And then I told him I had to go...and he looked at me with questioningly as to why I wasn't helping to arrange him transport to his home in Manchester!!! The gall of the man! Oh well...then I left to the tram...about a block away...tram to Bury, then I got on a bus to Tottingham (a suburb of Bury) and got off at the last stop...wandered about lost for a couple minutes and then I asked a woman for directions and bless her she drove me the rest of the way!!!! I still haven't slept yet...I'll do it on the flight back...cheers and I'll be home soon (or maybe...I'll fly somewhere really exotic...:p) Cheers Ali
