Hey guys ok...today was even more tiring then the last! Our first stop of the day was the Sligachan river where legend says that if you hold your head in fo 7 seconds or so you'll be very beautiful...so we all had to do it...the guide said that he wanted a beautiful bus :p...today was a big hiking day...we climbed for about 15 minutes up a very steep hill to the Old Man of Storr...but the view was well worth it! We went to see these cliffs that look like kilts and me being the cheeseball that I am I got a picture with a fellow in an actual kilt! Yay photo-op! Then we went to Lealt Falls to have lunch! It was awesome...you had to walk down this basically vertical slope to get down to the waterfall and me and my mountain goat skills were jumping all over the place! Only about 5 out of the whole group were able to make it all the way down! We also stopped to watch a game of Shinty...it's like Scottish field hockey and it's pretty bloody violent! Then we arrived in Fort Augustus! On...(drum roll)Loch Ness! We saw a show about clan history which was interesting and quite funny as one of the guys had to strip down to his skivvies to put on a kilt! Then at about 8 pm...we went on a tour of Loch Ness on this boat that is equipped with sonar and stuff...it was really cool to hear...the owner of the boat apparetly has about 72 pics of Nessie from when she surfaced one day for about 8 minutes! I'll explain the rest of the stuff when I get back! With our bus and the other one we had a big karaoke party...shock of shocks...I even sang...twice! It was wicked fun...and I had some cider...for alcohol it's pretty damn good! For all of us who were still awake at 3 am we took a walk down to the Loch and a bunch of the guys went in...they're crazy...Loch Ness is 5 degrees...the temperature doesn't change! Eventually I rolled into bed at about 5:30 am...there's no time to sleep when there's so much to take in! Toodles
