Well we started off a morning of tours in the Northern town of Umm Qais, from where one can see the sea of Galilee and Israel, not to mention bits of Syria...
It's quite scenic and equally hard to get out there so we took a driver/tour combo and made our way up...
Because the weekend starts today (Friday) for Arabic people, the ruins had a fair bit of people touring aroung them...
We also passed some time having a traditional breakfast of cucumbers, tomatoes, pita bread and some VERY strong, yet fresh, goat cheese...
Then hung out with some local kids who kept trying to sell us stuff...most of them were nice and asked us lot's of questions...including some rude ones to Sam pertaining to our relationship...oh children are funny aren't they...even as I drove away they blew kisses at me (not Sam though...let's be honest, I'm the looker :p)
