We left Swakopmund bright and early this morning and headed off to Cape Cross Seal Colony, where we were literally left senseless (our noses could smell nothing else but the seals stench) by the sheer multitude of seals.  Not only did we see seals, but also jackals snacking away on seals at their leisure.  I was also told that killer whales will often beach themselves, sneak a seal from the buffet and head back into the water.  Sucks to be a seal!

We took a long drive and inevitably arrived at our destination: the Otjitotongwe Cheetah Park.  We camped here for the night, with no electricity, but the real attraction was the wildlife!  Around sunset, we went (via trucks) into the massive cheetah territory and watched as the cheetahs were drawn to us (probably they were more attracted to the hunks of raw goat that our drivers possessed!)!  We took some amazing photographs and then were dropped of right outside the pen of home young cubs and there mommy!

More cheetah excitement was to come the next morning...
