Hi all
Against my plans im in peru. Had the worst day of my trip ending up here too. I left La Paz in the early morning for the airport where i think the taxi ripped me off. At the check-in desk I was told my flight reservation was cancelled. Ringing Edreams was no help and i had to book a flight there and then to get to Lima. As the plane landed i was having numerous bowl movements which were getting more and more violent. Upon departing the plane and finding the mens rooms i found it was closed for cleaning. I had to que through immigration doing the man needing a shit stance. I was waiting for him to say go talk to these officers for looking so shifty but all was OK. Moving briskly toward the tiolet on the other side with short step mind you I landed on the tiolet and not a moment too soon. What followed was a scene straight out of the film Dumb and Dumber. I sat there for 10 minutes exploding into this tiolet. God help the people in the next cubicules.
I went for my bags and everything in this department went fine but then when trying to get a flight at the desk i was quoted $1600. I found a cheaper flight on the internet but when I went to find Ireland for the address bar we were non-exsistant. I had to give up here due to more bowl activity only this time i had three bags to carry. Again with the man needing a shit walk, i got to the tiolet with farts pebble dashing the tiolet bowl.
I went for a taxi to head to Lima and after change money this man from New York David offered to share the taxi into town. The fella was fluent in spanish so this helped alot in getting a hostel. We went strolling around the town and then in went to book a flight again to LA. I found a great price the cheapest by far and when it came to the billing address it was for american only. David said he`d put it on his credit card and i`d give him the money. I tried taking the amount out for him and the card started acting up after i had only got half out. David`s generosity went as far as he said he would pay for it anyway and i could owe him and other half when i reach New York. The man is a saint and i definately will meet up with him in Manhattan.
With all this finished with we ended the day with a pint which was gladly recieved.
My bowl problems have recent cleared up i think!

Lima
This is a beatiful city with huge squares in the middle of the city with grand old building surrounding. The people are so friendly there almost seems like there are angle for them. Agustto a travel guide offered me a guide tour to go to Machu Pichu when i return here again. He says he 43 but he looks 28 so the years have been good. When i had met him he was so off his head on Coke or something the words were flying out of him. His enlish was good then he start to talk in french. As he told me repeatedly he is a very good guide good craic. There are time when i wish i could speak spanish because the rather cute barmaid that night was trying to talk to me and we just weren`t getting anywhere. In the end she gave me a bracelet to keep i think il call back there tonight.

Thats all Folk
Thanks again David, see you soon
