Well today we have been to the zoo, quite an experience!!

We saw lots of animals like Giant pandas, white tigers, tigers, lions, sharks etc but what was shoking was the small cages they were kept in along with very little water, no foliage and very little shade ( especially bad on a day like today which was extremely hot)

Also alot of foriegners here tended to through things at the animals to make them move or speak, or bang on there cages, i found tyhis particulary disturbing when one man threw a plastic bottle at a black bear and it hit it in the head- not very nice to see.

Anotehr bad point about beijing is that everyone spits everywhere- its disgusting...oh and the road system is very complicated as there is none, they seem to drive where they like and you just have to take a chance at crossing the road.

Will try and get more pictures added to these entries as soon as possible but they haven't the correct software here to do it!! Will keep you posted!!!
