We were supposed to meet Aunt Toby after lunch but she couldnt get a ride into town, so we promised to see her the next time we are in London. I promised Uncle Bob to share a sip of Napolean brandy at his gravesite, and I will do it someday.

The bus takes us on crappy tour of Trafalgar Square, Picadilly Circus, Parliament, Big Ben, and Westminster Abbey. We then go to Buckingham Palace for the changing of the guard. It was really cool to watch, and I am surprised at how close we can actually get to the Palace.

After the changing of the guard we are dropped off at Victoria Station where we take the subway to Oxford Street to do some shopping. The place is crazy with people. We are in London during Wimbleton and the Live 8 concert is going on a few blocks away in Hyde Park. Katie wants to go real bad but I dont feel like fighting 300,000 people in an unfamiliar city. Later that night when I was watching Pink Floyd play for the first time in 24 years just 12 blocks from our hotel, I wish I would have listened to her. They were awesome.

After shopping (I'm dissappointed because I couldnt find a SINGLE Beatles tshirt) we go back to the hitel and join up with some of our friends from the tour for our last dinner together. We end up at the same Italian restaurant (surprise!) and go back to our hotel for an early night sleep (after Pink Floyd) because we have to get up at 4:30AM to catch our airport shuttle.
