Today, Tad and I went mountain biking in the morning. We started as early as possible but in Moab at this time of the year, you really need to start around 7:00 am so you can be done by 11:00 am or noon at the latest. We went up the road near the entrance of Arches NP and rode for about 2.5 hours. It was all we could handle at 5000 feet and 90 plus degrees. Mo and Bridget went back to Arches with the Jeep and had a fun morning exploring the park. After we all regrouped around noon, we did some sight seeing on rte 128 along the Colorado River and went back into town to do some additional shopping and a local brew and smoothies.
