So our last day in Vegas is upon us. Today's adventures included a trip across to New York New York Casino. Trying to imitate New York City, but it has nothing. We also went across to Excalibur Casino to try and book a show for the evening. Seeing a sign for "Free Show", we thought we would ask. Not only was it a free show, but also a free holiday in the Bahamas. We were told there was no catch and jumped in a bus to go and provide some market research on a new casino...... Yup, there was a catch, we had to pay a deposit and that market research was to take 3 hours - not somthing that either of us wanted to do on our last day in Vegas.
We piked and got back on the bus to go back to the Strip to try get our money back - eventually we were successful, and bought tickets for the Dinner Show "Tournament of the Kings" at Excalibar.
Back to the slappers at MGM Grand, and another lose came our way.
The show was fantastic - had to eat with our hands which was fun. It was a bit like theather in the round in the round with a lot of audience participation. We were in the "Russian" section and our "King" was the "Tsar of Russia" - he was a spunk apparantely. Whilst he didn't win the tournament he did OK. Certainly well worth the money this time around!
When it finished, we walked up the strip to finish our Vegas visit watching the Bellagio Fountains - simply spectacular and breathtaking - hopefully the videos turn out!
