It has rained and rained and rained. Thank goodness. The elephants have moved away from the research area and green grass is coming through the burnt patches. But, fieldwork must continue, and today it was Christopher's turn to find his way to the other side, aided of course by the burly research team with nothing better to do in the afternoon than go paddling. To be honest, the level of the water was a surprise, but nothing that a city car can't get through. Either that, or it's time to reverse. Poor Redfus, what a palarva!
Fun though! I like the rain!
