In Texas or Tokyo?

Yesterday at 3 p.m., 1980s action-TV hit show "The A-Team" was on the air. Murdock's rants were heard in Japanese. Seemed to make just as much sense, now that I think about it.
Ah, a few minutes ago at 3 a.m., a movie with Uncle Jesse (well, Denver Pyle of "Dukes of Hazzard" fame) came on. This one is in English with Japanese subtitles at the bottom of the screen.
Forget the translations for a sec. I was thinkin' maybe I was on a road trip, stopping off at a Motel 6 in Texas.
Yee-ha!
