So now you know
Anyway, Mandalay was alright.. I'm not really a city person so I was just waiting to get to Inle Lake. The first night we were there we saw the Moustache Brothers political comedy performance.
(edit: So it's February 9th, 2010 today and this entry never was completed. mainly because the internet in Myanmar is completely unreliable and after Myanmar there were so many other things we did, I never had the chance to finish this entry, I was so busy writing new ones! Anyway, if you are in Mandalay, go see the Moustache Brothers. If you don't know who they are, look them up. Their story, and the story of the people of Myanmar in general, is a sad one... yet they remain some of the warmest, most welcoming people I've had the pleasure to meet. Here are some photos and video of the Moustache Brothers)
