we found our way to Airth for their 135th anniversary of the highland games... we discovered that all the highland games are, is kinda like a country fair.... think farmers days, corn fest ... that sort of thing... lots of rides, food stands, dancing, singing, beer tents (of course!!)... and then there are competitions for hammer throwing, rock throwing, running, cycling, etc... i think it works like the winner of this highland games goes on to compete at other ones... they are all at different times... its really great fun... Airth is a pretty small town, so it was really cozy... good fun...
