Many beautiful vintage tea dresses teamed with a cute pair
of ankle boots....in fact a little pair of ankle boots is key to any
outfit....despite the heat...I just hope they wear socks underneath. But of
course I didn’t think to bring any little boots. In fact I was searching to buy
some and drastically needed some before I left but as my departure date got
nearer I decided it was a waste of money because I wouldn’t be taking them to Australia
But they are top of my list after my payday, This list is getting priiity long!
But one really annoying thing about Australian fashion...is
that around about the time that my belly is the shape of an xmas pudd after days
of christmas overindulgence, the following day were hitting the beach. Can you
imagine seeing yourself in a bikini the day after boxing day? No oversized
jumpers to hide that belly wobbling like a bowl full of jelly.
And of course festival clothing....crops tops....and shorts
so short there’s more of your ass on show then there is hidden. Every girl owns
these...except me...but even if I was a stick I couldn’t possibly wear them as
I have spent so much time tutting at the girls that do.
One girl at the festival looked absalootly amazing. With a
short bob longer one side...dip dyed...a tutu, really cool tattoos, an
oversized flower bikini top and blowing gigantic bubblegum bubbles. I wish I
had a picture to illustrate...but then I’m not trying to be a fashion blogger.
Saying that I think Rach and I did very well with our maxi festival chic. Which
lasted a mere half an hour before we tucked the front of our maxi skirts into
So in conclusion....Australian fashion is great....For
