I am enjoying the fresh clear cool sunshine in the garden of a Hazari run restaurant imaginatively called "The Grill" in downtown Kabul.  I have just taught the waiters a new drink. I felt like being eccentrically English and ordered something off menu - a lime soda   We have cobbled something together with limes, flat soda and sugar instead of syrup.
