Today we went camping!!! April and I left home about 12:45. We drove about 3 hours southeast out Mornington Penninsula to Wilson's Prom. Wilson's Prom is a beautiful national park however was closed due to bush fires. We were camping at Waratah Bay which was not too far from Wilson's Prom in a caravan park. We got there and checked in. After switching campsites we set up camp and took a stroll down to the beach. Right next to the caravan park and a great view of the prom. We had a fire roaring by the time Emily got there as she had to work earlier that day. We made dinner over the roaring fire which was a bit of a travesty but we all ate nonetheless. Evening followed with fun times, and smores!!!!!! Mmmmm, goodness! Got to sleep about 11 after making shadow puppets in the tent:-) I heart camping!
