We purchased 2 Oslo passes in order to do the tourist thing for free and for the first time in Scandinavia had a great day! We visited the Viking museum (Claire was bored) which must be situated in millionaires row - some amazing houses! We went on a ferry across Oslo Fjord, Visited the Castle and went to the ski museum where we travelled up to the top of Oslo's Ski Jump Tower - a very very long way up and many steps later! After this we headed for the Ski Simulator, which was as if we were doing ski jump & downhill skiing at 110mph - was great fun, but a little sick afterwards! We finished off mid summers day (big festival in Norway) with pasta and sausages while watching a downloaded copy of house that we had missed - very romantic!

So heading off tomorrow towards Stockholm - to sum up Norway - rainy, cold & expensive!!Nice people who speak very good English, and some amazing views/ scenery throughout the country. Low speed limit on the roads - they don't like their speed in Norway, but they like their bloody tolls - loads of them, but we skipped through a few so hopefully they won't be waiting for us when we get back! Our first country done, looking forward to moving on and seeing something different!

Hope you are all well
