So, you haven't had enough Hamburg yet?  Ok, we wandered aimlessly this morning trying to find our way down to the river - failed miserably, got cold and went back to the hotel.

Armed with fresh enthusiasm, warm clothes and sore feet, we went to the train station to work out how the train system works.  A bit of asking, a bit of trying and with a bit of help, we managed to buy an all day group ticket for the city.

Karen wanted to see the fish market down on the Elbe, so we set off in that direction.  Having managed to catch the right train and get off at the right stop, we walked another 1500m or so to find that the markets shut at 1200.  Anyway, we got to see something different and got a few more photos for the collection.

Ok, the day is not done, so back on to the train - swap to another and we got off at Dammtor station and Stephans Platz.  Time for the required bier and a bite to eat.

We found a fantastic park/garden and wandered through for about an hour.  By now our feet had had enough and back to the hotel for some well earned rest.
