There's More at Klenske, Ink.

Last night we had a great dinner at a small italian restaurante. we then went to "Movin Out", the Billy Joel Musical. We both liked it a bunch. It was unique in that the actors didn't sing to each other, but instead the play was told in dance and everything was to a Billy Joel Classic. It was also short, which is also a bonus considering Kara's attention span (or lack thereof). We then ventured out into the unknown world of trying to get ourselves home at night. We managed to find the Jersey Train and then get a cab to our hotel and so avoided spending the night wandering through Times Square.

Today we spent our time wandering through Central Park. Tried to find a clock, but ended up finding the MET art museum instead. Spent a few hours or so meandering those halls. They even had an actual ancient Egyptian tomb. We then walked by the Guggenheim musuem to see it from the outside. Then we cut through the park and saw Strawberry Fields and the "Imagine" Circle.

Ate dinner in the upper East side by all the rich folks, and then caught the train over to The Bronx to watch the Bronx Side Bombers kick the shit out of the Canadian Blue Birds. I was never a fan of the Yankees, but going to Yankee stadium, drinking Yankee beer, listening to Yankee accents, and watching Gonezilla hit back to back homeruns made even me want to be a Yankee. It's a bit more fun than watching the cubs since there's always something to cheer about and it's always this year...but hey, this still is the cubs' year!

Planning on hitting Coney Island saturday and checking out Brooklyn. Maybe a night on the town after that.
