If you haven't flown Air France, you should consider it if you want to go to Europe. Rather than the 2-5-2 configuration that US planes have that makes flying overseas a lesson in contortionism, Air France has a 2-4-2 seating plan. The seats are wider and you get an individual TV screen with a lot of options. It still wasn't conducive to sleeping ( I've no idea how much sleep I got--2 hours maybe?), but for coach, the food was pretty good. They gave us menu cards with our choice of curry chicken or salmon. They also gave you a glass of champagne and, if you wanted it, a small bottle of either Chardonnay or Cabernet. You could also have brandy or some other drink if you wanted. The chocolate banana brownie was awesome.
Arriving at Charles DeGualle Airport in Paris was an experience, but I'll have to leave that for the next entry.

sounds rough ;-)
How long is a trans-Atlantic flight? Maybe the treats were to get you in a good mood for whatever you encountered at the airport.
(I can't believe what you called this post!!)
Nice Flight??
Sounds like you were ready for a nap when you landed. One glass of wine would have put me out for the entire trip probably. Will be looking forward to the next entry.
I couldn't resist
The trip was 7 hours.
