Today was the last day of service sites... I can't even believe I'm saying that! This last month flew by! The morning began with chaos because baba Philip fell ill :( So Reg, Leslie, and Reagen had to do some quick thinking to sort out the day. Not only is it hard enough to get us all to our service sites on a regular day, but through in that Jon Wallace (the president of APU) and his wife, Matt Browning and some of the board members from APU are flying in today to visit... yeah that made this problem a bit bigger. So originally Brenna and I were going to go to the store this morning with Reagen and get the stuff for our gifts to WITL but now that Philip was sick we had to cancel that so we though Bruce or Neils could take us sometime before lunch... well that didn't happen :/ but we will just have to do it this weekend then have someone take it to them. I wish we would have planned better for our end of the month parties but our week has been so chaotic.

Anyways we started right away on our mural in the computer lab we have been setting up. We drew the 7 continents then put hand prints in between them, connecting all of them together all the way around the room and above the door we wrote the verse " Therefore go out and make disciples of all nations" matthew something something haha. it turned out pretty cool :) We worked on it all the way till lunch. During that time this crazy storm hit! when we looked outside it seriously looked like a hurricane! it was pretty cool, but it was really strong, it even knocked over a big tree back at AE where we are staying. This thought didn't occur to me until this very moment, but I wonder how  a lot of the homes in Haniville held up :/ the winds were really strong. I hope that they made it through it alright.

For lunch we went out to this place called the Crafty Duck and it was the coolest little restaurant with amazing food! very ethnic too, they had German, African, Asian, everything and all so delicious. While we waited for our food we looked at some of the animals they had outside there ranging from bunnies to birds to snakes and crocodiles. Anyways it was a sad time because it was some of our last moment there with Phindile, Bruce and Neils. after we got back the day consisted of finishing up the mural, our party with the gogo's where we discovered they like rice crispy treats a lot! Jon Wallace and the others came to our service site too to visit it and see Bruce and stuff. And some of the kids ended up coming that day too and they said goodbye again. One girl gave me this little stuffed animal... I don't even think i have really talked to this girl but she wanted to give it to me, I don't understand why really but she wanted me to have it. It was really sweet. The last gogo meeting went great though and we laughed and played games and worshiped God together and it was beautiful.

When we got back it was straight to dinner for our meeting about philip's engagement and then it was class time for me , then we had worship night that the chapel team had put on and i was so good! we did it in the jabulani hut and it was just a really cool experience.
