Well we decided to head for Broome with a detour to Derby. On the way to Halls creek the Bungle Bungles are and we made a choice to not enter in there this trip ound we would prefer take a off road van into there and stay for a couple of nights to experience it all and watch sunsets etc.
We stopped in Halls Creek to get fuel 146.9Ltr and drove through this small community and headed for the free road side stop. Found our night stop over and it was great alot of caravans pulled up here to sleep it is just down a small road across a bridge and it  sits beside the river dry river at the moment. Looked around went for a walk along the river and saw a couple of Jabirus which we thought was strange as we both thought that they are only in Kakadu a little lost they maybe. This river would be raging in the wet.

In the morning we continued our journey hoping to throw a fishing line into Fitzroy crossing but no such luck there not a great deal of water and a little hard to get down to from the side of the road. we drove through Fitzroy Crossing an Aboriginal community and headed for Derby.
