Still a bit groggy from the food poisoning we headed from tour down South. The TGV took us just under 3 hours. A few months ago I lived there so it was great to go back. So far bordeaux has been my favorite part of France with amazing wine, vineyards, and people; and I look forward to going back soon. We only stayed in Bordeaux one night but we saw alot of the city and took bikes out to cover more ground(getting lost in les environs)

After that we headed a little bit further south to biarritz. We got in late and took a tiny bus all the way to the other side of the town where we set up shop in an empty hostel. The first night we went out and ill admit alex and I probably had to much to drink as at around 11 o'clock we entered a pavilion and preceded to enter into kicking combat for 30 minutes as french students gathered around. But are first night was great on the beach and then playing volleyball with some locals(the drunkest match ever played with on one pass over the net per side) alex and I even continued to wrestle with some of the kids(unfortunately for alex his wrestle partner got to serious and started biting him).

The next day we woke up and surfed all day in amazing waves with a crazy riptide before deciding capriciously to head down further south to San Sebastian in Spain.
