First, there was the rain. Then, we got lost. Then, we had a flat tire. And, another flat tire. And, ANOTHER flat tire. A total of three flat tires in one day. NOTE TO SELF: MAKE SURE THE CAR AND THE DRIVER IS IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION BEFORE SETTING OUT . Can this trip get any worse? After ~12 hrs of driving from Delhi to Bikaner, we finally arrived to our hotel. Again, no hot water.

In the morning, we tried to forget about yesterday. We set out to visit Karni Mata Temple, which has hundreds of rats running around the whole place. Peter went inside, but I decided to sit this one out since I do not want any rats running over my feet or me stepping on rat poo. Peter saw one "white" rat amongst the many "dark" rats; this is suppose to bring us much luck! I had a big smile on my face; I was so excited to hear that our luck might turn around. When we got in the car, however, we had another flat tire. Another day, another flat tire.
