All I can say is "what was I thinking traveling the day after a long weekend!!!!!!!" Miami was KAOS of course...I mean it IS on a good day....my plans of being there early in the morning and shopping for 5 hours were dashed early the night before when I realised I had NOWHERE to pack anything more I might have bought!

Sooooo I was going to banish myself to Deltas Crown lounge and chill for a while...that is until I saw the queues for rebooking my next flight and decided at 10.30 am I should stand in one to get my gear onto my 5PM flight....lucky I did it took 4hours to check in!!!! I was also left with a servere case of luggage envy....all of these people where traveling with 4-5 HUGE suitcases...obviously the South Americans had come to Miami to shop for Easter....It wasn't the brand names on their luggage that i envied it was just they had sooooo much!!! The check in lady giggled when I put my 18kg pack on the scale and asked if I wanted to check in more!!!!!...I was short 32 Kgs from my max allowable limit!!! *sigh...I couldn't even fit a toothpick in my pack and I was allowed 32Kg's more....what a shame!!! &%#@

Anyway the great part about the flight from Cayman was my friend Aady was on the plane so I got to say hello and goodbye all at once in Miami airport...and funnily enough my friend Steve was the pilot...I am guessing that even those that don't live in Cayman are getting what living on a small island can be like...there is no escaping anyone anywhere! :o)

So really other than a pin on my map nothing more to report from Miami!!!!
