I was pretty tired from the whole day at Disneyland, so today I decided to do something less strenuous. I went to check out the Hollywood Walk of Fame, then I went to the history of Los Angeles at 'Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County'. To finish off the day I went to the Hollywood Boulevard and take in the scenery and do some shopping. I headed down to the lobby as usual and had a cooked breakfast, once I had finished that I took a taxi to the Hollywood walk of fame.

I took a stroll down the 'Hollywood walk of fame' and saw so many names I knew. It was quite interesting seeing who had made it onto the walk of fame and there were a few names I didn't know but I read up about them and understood why there were given the privilege to be on the walk. The walk was about an hour long, looking at each of the stars on the walk but then it was time to head to the museum.

The museum was quite big and I couldn't wait to explore everything. The first exhibit was the new dinosaur hall. The Dinosaur Hall was one of the most extraordinary dinosaur exhibits I had ever seen, apparently it is the premier dinosaur experience in the western United States. Inside were more than 300 real fossils, and 20 complete dinosaurs and ancient sea creatures.

The next exhibit was 'The Aurora Butterfly of Peace', it was a collection of fancy-coloured diamonds arranged in the shape of a butterfly, I read about the butterfly and it now took 2 years assembling the 240-piece collection, one stone at a time. It was truly a sight to see.

I continued having a look at all the exhibits until lunch time. It was time to head to the Boulevard for something to eat and to do some sight seeing. I found a nice little cafe where I had a really nice home-made meat lovers pizza, I then took a stroll down the Boulevard looking at all the different shops and all the tourist attractions. It was the end of the day and I took myself back to the hotel.

The activities today would work well with a school group because it was interactive and also educational at the same time, while not being too boring.
