Well, my trip took an unexpected turn today. Due to thunderstorms in Houston our plane was not able to land at the airport. We circled above Houston for a little less than an hour, but then had to go to San Antonio to fuel up and wait. Needless to say because I just had a 1 hour layover I missed my fight to Amsterdam by quite a while. So, I am currently at the Hyatt which my airline arranged for me to stay in. The room I am in is absolutely enormous & excessive (see pictures), so I guess I will be pampered tonight, and tomorrow I will be soaring again, this time, hopefully all the way to the motherland.
