Today I traveled up to Colorado Springs and saw some of the best attractions there. First I went to the Air Force Academy. The highlight of the academy is the chapel. Air Force Academy Chapel

The chapel building has rooms for Christian services, Roman Catholic services, Jewish services, and Buddhist services. I also saw some cadets practicing their marches: Air Force Academy in Session

Next it was off to Focus on the Family for a little tour. Then I went to Garden of the Gods. It was absolutely beautiful: Garden of the Gods Panoramic

There were many people walking around and climbing on the rocks.

Next I went to the olympic training facilities. Here olympic athletes live and train. It was really neat to just wander around and see the athletes walking around and practicing.

Finally I stopped by the Broadmoor Hotel. This is a historic hotel, and the buildings and grounds were absolutely beautiful. I walked around for a little while and then headed back to Canon City to call it a night.
