Hi Guys,

From Page after the grand canyon we headed towards the crazy rocky scenery of Utah. We visited the Navajo National Monument, more ancient dwellings. We then visited Monument Valley, which was AMAZING. It's on Native American Land and you take a 17mile drive through a dirt track through all the crazy shaped rocks.

After Monument Valley, we started to make our way towards our next stop Pagosa Springs. A couple of hours from our destination we ran into some trouble and by trouble I mean another car. An 85 year old man, driving with his 2 hearing aids, bung legs and without a license decided to do a illegal U turn in the middle of the highway and wrote off our poor 3 day old van.

RIP - Dodgy

U saw some of the best scenery USA has to offer including Sedona, The Grand Canyon and Monument Valley and now you rest in pieces in a scrap metal yard in the tiny town of Cortez. And we thank you for an amazing 3 days.

So from Cortez, we had to hire a car for the week to get us to our next stop a small town in the Rockies, Pagosa Springs!

So I'm safe and alive after an interesting day! Hope everyone else is great.

Love Nat xx
