After nearly 3 weeks in Panama I am back where my trips began. Slightly disappointed in the I was not able to do a canopy trip in a place calle El Valle but could not get the bus connections to get there.

Travelling in Panama was a lot easier than I had imagined and there was a great diversity between the regions whaic made travelling very interesting. Also  the long distance buses were much mor comfortable and much cheaper than I had expected. For example a 2 hour trip on the bus was less than the far from the bus station in Panama city to the hotel!
