Crossing to Penany (Malaysia) I thought it might be less sleazy. It wasn't. Even the monkeys were shagging. In the true spirit of it i decided to "mount" a famous canon. Nearly got clapped in irons (see pics!). Took a trishaw with an old boy pedaling . Looked like hed escaped the POW camp at Kanchanburi. He was 78 and fully capable of propelling myself and an amply distributed irishman at speeds approaching Warp 9. Picard would proud. Keen to be that fit when i was 78 I figured it must be summit in the food. So i samples some local delecacy. Something to do with goats bollocks. Wasnt too bad. Irish man tried to keep up and had some fish balls. How man fish have bollocks for christ sake. Irish! On the upside this is a city of pepperamis. WIth out the daysack and the western clothes i blend right in.
