We stopped in Vail to visit an old friend. Boy was the view beautiful! We met up with a local building inspectors & local builders where we discussed Deck Safety and Inspections. Turns out many of the developments within the ski resort areas are now faced with the deterioration of their decks being that they are 20-30 years old. Similiar to our Deck Safety issues along the coastal regions of our country, these inland resorts call for our Industry's attention.

Along our journey in Colorado we visted the ski towns of:

Frisco
Vail
Breckenridge
Steamboat Springs

More Cool Places in Colorado
Frisgo, Vail, Breckenridge and Steamboat Springs are all cool ski resorts. I also recommend the Arapahoe Basin, Beaver Creek and Wolf Creek which is more laid back. I found a useful list of all the resorts and their info here:
