Checked out the hotel around 9 am and left Boston around 10 am for New York. It took almost 4 hours to drive to New York and hoping to arrive in New York before the rush hour.
We entered New York through route 95 and went over George Washington Bridge crossing The Hudson Bridge over to New Jersey and then took route 95 again down to exit 17 and spiraling down to the Lincoln Tunnel into Manhattan and suddenly we ended up at 7th Street where our hotel is: the Marriott Renaissance, on the edge of Times Square
We hit Broadway straight away and got confused where we were as our hotel was at the crossroad of Broadway where 7th Street divided Broadway into east and west Broadway.
Hank was very keen to watch a Broadway show, thus the first thing he did was to check with all the ticketing agents before we went for dinner in a place where he had bought tickets for Les Paul (who ever he is) concert.
Then he said that in almost the same time he also bought another ticket to see The Tube... a totally different kind of band than Les Paul.
Never mind that, I had a good time enjoying Broadway, outdoors as well as indoors and inside the theatre.
