We flew in from Whitby to Coventry, and then proceeded to the Warwick castle where were ate dinner in the dungeons by candle light followed by a group tour of the dungeons. They have done an excellent job with the scenes in the dungeon and seeing it at night only made it that much more enjoyable. There are a few tight corners and low ceilings on the tour, but nothing too bad, but it just added to the thrill of the tour.

This is a stunning castle and far exceeds any expectations of what a true romantic medieval castle should be. It was perfect. At first, when I heard that the Madame Tusard Company purchased the castle, I was in serious doubt about the quality of our visit. I was pleasantly surprised.

The next morning we returned to Warwick Castle to enjoy the other amusements they had in sore for us. We loved the Trebuchet and Ballista, as well as the jousting, Kingmaker exhibits, the jester show and the eagles.
