MC and I started our Day off at the Organic Thai cooking Farm. We began by visiting the local farmers market and learning about our ingredients. I have to say, i have a new found appreciation for Thai cooking, especially the curry paste. It took me 15 Min's of grinding, pounding and sweating over the motor and pestle to make my red curry. Thankfully it was good!!!

I learned to cook red curry paste, red curry with chicken, Tom Yam Soup with Shrimps (my all time favorite) , chicken with Basil, and mango sticky rice. OH MY, It was ohhhhhhh so good!!!
