There is a certain romance associated with searching for diamonds in the Kalahari Desert, and none when looking for Uranium in Points North Landing.
Points North was described to me as a $%&* hole, bug ridden, ATCO trailer park with great food and ^%&@# all to do. Now, there is some truth to that statement. I do live in an ATCO trailer in Northern SK, the bugs can be bad (which is why you have a bug jacket) and the food is descent.

Now, having said thatíKíK..I instantly took to Points North (I think there may be something wrong with me) and would in all honestly be perfectly happy to spend my summer here (or further in the bush). You are probably asking yourself WHY???? Well, it is beautiful. Every morning I wake up, go for a flight over the most incredible countryside and breathe fresh air. Not to shabby eh! There is never a shortage of hikes, canoe rides and beautiful sunsets from the lake and I was fortunate to have great company for all of it.

With every trip and adventure I endure I take something with me. This time it was different. An obsession with Choppers. I took my first ride in a Bell 206b and I fell in love. Most women my age fall in love with men, but once again I fell in love with a machine f║ There is a certain rush with flying low in a fixed wing aircraft, but below the trees in a chopper just blew me away.

On that NoteíK..I am off to Calgary, LA and Tucson, See you in Mexico f║
